The 2015 Lincoln MKC is a luxury crossover that comes in an elegant, sport design, offering a range of luxury and high-tech features.

It is the second new luxury vehicle since after the 2012 MKZ from Lincoln, the MKC is being released as part of the company’s plans to introduce four new luxury vehicles by 2016. The FV2 is unique looking. Its four wheels are diagonally aligned, a wheel at the front and rear, and one on each side, with a cockpit for the driver.

The car is driven in a sitting position with the canopy closed or in a standing position with the transparent canopy open and acting as a full-height windshield.

The car does not have a steering wheel. Instead, the car is steered by the driver by shifting his body side to side, forward and backwards to move the car left, right, forward and back.

Shifts in the driver’s weight are monitored by the FV2 to perform actions.

Driving

The windshield has an extensive augmented reality (AR) display with a sophisticated navigation and mapping system that provides information such as GPS, speed and distance.

The car also comes with advanced transport system technology allowing it to detect other vehicles and traffic, which provides the driver with safety information such as warnings about other vehicles in blind spots.

Engines

The 2014 Ram HD will deliver the best in class horsepower and torque among the pickups with the gasoline engines. The base 5.7 liter HEMI V8 produces 383 horsepower at 5,600 rpm and a peak torque of 400 lb-ft at 4,000 rpm.

Other engine options includes the new 6.4 liter HEMI V8 engine that delivers 410 horsepower at 5,600 rpm with peak torque that rates about 429 lb-ft at 4,000 rpm. Both gas powered HEMI’s use a 6 speed automatic 66RFE transmission.

Included as an option is a Cummins Turbo Diesel for the 3500 model. It comes as a 6.7 liter Inline 6 that gives you 385 horsepower with 850 lb ft of torque which makes it the best in its class.

Exterior

The exterior of the Heavy Duty models is similar to the recently refreshed Ram 1500. However, there are some improvements that have been added, such as projector-beam headlights with LED indicators.

Other improvements that can be seen are on the trim and the color refinements. This Ram HD is quite imposing on the road primarily because of its tall ride and the imposing wheels. The truck has LED taillights, LED lights are also available for the side view mirrors that come with blinker repeaters plus puddle lights.

The 18 inch and 20 inch wheels are made of polished forged aluminum, with some accented by painted, white gold pockets and cast aluminum with silver inserts.

There is a cargo-view camera mounted in the center, just above the mounted brake light; this provides a better view when maneuvering.

Interior

The interior of this truck is amazing. All the models can be equipped with a sculpted bench-seat with a centrally located flip-down console, or pure bucket seats.

The bucket seats option is provide comfort, and it also includes a big center console that has large storage units within armrest box. Meo Costantini was a friend of Ettore Bugatti. He also happened to be the leader of the race team for Mr. Bugatti’s factory for almost a decade. Meo also dabbled as a race car driver himself and won 2 Targo Florio competitions in the cockpit of a Type 35.

The engine of the Veyron Meo Costantini is nothing less than what you would expect from this race car.

Its 8.0 liter W16 quad-turbo generates 1,200 horsepower and 1,106 pound-feet of torque. The Veyron Meo Costantini accelerates from 0-62 mph in just 2.6 seconds with a top speed of 253 mph!

Exterior

The Bugatti Veyron Meo Costantini is reminiscent of the Type 35 in which Costantini enjoyed success driving the 1920’s and 30’s.

The color of the vehicle is a classic “Bugatti Dark Blue Sport”. This also honors its French racing history.

Upon close inspection, you will see that many of the body parts are made of aluminum. It is less obvious than one may think, given they are polished and dipped in clear lacquer to give it a high quality sheen. These components include the medallions, doors, and wings.

Speaking of the wings, under the rear door, you will find another tribute to Mr. Costantini’s racing career with the layout of the aforementioned Targo Florio race course where he emerged victorious in two occasions.

You will also find his autograph engraved on the oil caps and aluminum tank.

Interior

Inside, the upholstery is of high quality “Gaucho” leather, with a surprisingly complementary blue trim appropriately named “Lake Blue”.

This hue is seen everywhere, including the steering wheel and instrument panel. Even the arm and head rests contain the color of fresh water under a clear sky. Once again, Costantini’s signature is embroidered on the head rests and is stamped in blue.

The door panels include murals of scenes from his racing days.

Lexus is set to debut its new RC coupe at this year’s Tokyo Motor Show. The “concept to reality” themed 2015 Lexus RC borrows design cues from the LF-LC concept that was unveiled at the Frankfurt Auto show.

Exterior

The Lexus RC has the same exterior design as the Lexus coupe; the differentiating factors are a uniquely low and wide application of the regular spindle grille, and deep contoured lines. Its triangular headlamps evoke the sporty characteristics of the LF-LC design and display the famous “L” shape whenever the low beams are put on.

The RC’s large aluminum wheels are a continuation of the “concept to reality” design philosophy; the wheels can either come in a 10-spoke, 19 inch style or a muscular 5-spoke, 18-inch style.

In order to give the RC a deeper look, Lexus has adopted a painting process that uses several layers of deeper colors and clear coating.

For its interior, the new RC receives a custom develop lighting package which makes the car’s interior sporty and sleek. Lexus also designed a special interior tone called “clove”; in order to make the interior more luxurious.

They have also integrated genuine Shimamoku wood trims. The cockpit has been divided into display and operational zones. The top zone has a 7-inch navigation screen and an instrument panel while the layered center console utilizes a remote touch interface.
