British car maker Vauxhall has just unveiled their new 2013 VXR8 Tourer. The VXR8 is a full sized vehicle that gives drivers the ultimate in power and performance.

Although few modifications were done to the new Tourer, Vauxhall wanted to upgrade the look of the vehicle despite it being a tourer/wagon. The UK automaker worked really hard to provide power and compliment it with luxury to a class of vehicles often known to value one over the other.

The new VXR8 is arguably one of the world’s top performing wagons. With a 6.2 liter V-8 engine, the vehicle is able to push out almost 427 horsepower.

Exterior

The exterior of the new VXR8 Tourer did not see many changes. The GTS inspired body gives the typically stiff look to the wagon, yet inspiring a more modern feel.

Its engineers designed aerodynamic details like LED lights and side vents. The shiny metallic paint job adds a sporty feel to match the 20 inch alloy wheels give the vehicle a sleek appearance.

Interior

The designers for the Tourer made it clear that they want it to stand out from other vehicles in its class. The huge cargo space gives ample room for all sorts of cargo. Rear seats can be folded down for more space if necessary.

In addition, the leather trim and high performance driver and passenger seats provide a plush feel. Adjustable seats add comfort, while the Enhanced Driver Interface provides drivers with real time road data.

The 2013 Vauxhall VXR8 is a supercharged wagon based on the VXR8 GTS, it is capable of delivering tons of power and performance. Although Vauxhall is not as popular as other automakers, they expect the VXR8 Tourer to help boost visibility and sales.

The X4 Concept looks more like a 5-door hatchback than an SUV, and at the front you will notice a kidney grille that has always been associated with BMW. The grille comes with LED lights, and at the rear are dual exhausts.

Interior

BMW has been quiet about what the interior of the BMW X4 concept, they have yet to release photos of the interior. However, rumors are that it will be similar to the X3. That means you can expect ample room for both driver and passengers.

The 2013 SsangYong LIV-1 Concept was unveiled at the 2013 Seoul Motor Show in South Korea. Naming it LIV-1 or Limitless Interface Vehicle, the large SUV will feature multiple technological improvements that do not exist in many vehicles.

The manufacturer, SsangYong Motors has this concept vehicle looks so much as the SIV-1. The SIV-1 comes with the option of either a straight Turbo or a Twin Turbo.

Little information has been provided on what to expect on the type of engine the LIV-1 will have. Based on what we know and what we have seen, it may be similar to the SIV-1 which has an inline-4, 1.6 liter turbo engine, with the option of getting a twin turbo.

The LIV-1 is a good size SUV. The profile is sculpted with sharp lines right beneath the side windows, cornering above the wheelbase.

Fitted with large bumpers in the front to go with a small grill, the car gives a sleek look to go with its tall stance. The entire canopy is constructed of a full length glass, giving it a glasshouse look.

The interior is expected to have 5 LCD displays located in various positions. A 10 inch touch-screen display will be used as the central panel with 4 additional 7 inch monitors integrated onto the headrests.

It is intended that the LIV-1 provide a lounge like interior with glossy black trims, aluminum elements, and leather seating.

The SUV will feature multiple technologies to ensure maximum safety for its passengers. You will get a smooth ride and even control when driving on rough terrain.

In building the car of the future, the SsangYong will integrate connectivity with mobile devices. Owners will be able to use their tablets, phones and other smart gadgets to control some of the features of the car and provide entertainment for the passengers.

The new Highlander comes with the base 2.7 liter four cylinder engine. The high powered engine will be coupled with a six speed electronically controlled automatic transmission. With new advanced torque control and all-wheel drive, the Highlander will provide drivers with the ultimate experience.

You also have option to choose the larger 3.5 liter V6 that provides 270 horsepower, or, the fuel saving engine 3.5 liter DOHC that nets you 280 hybrid system horsepower.
