The Triumph Motor Company is one of the earliest British car companies that have manufactured and sold hundreds of car models ever since the late 1800s. From bicycles, motors and cars, it has been one of the most prestigious and highly acclaimed Companies during its prime. It has been continuously bought by other Car Giants ever since the early part of the 1900s. The last instance that it has manufactured cars was during the early part of the 1980s, particularly during the year 1981-1984 where it managed to produce numerous cars and automobiles.
Today, the Triumph marque is now under the car giant BMW ever since it has bought the Rover group in the early 1990s, particularly in 1994. There are numerous rumors circulating that BMW will be reviving the Triumph name, particularly due to the numerous designs that continuously come under the name. BMW has yet to confirm this issue, but the subsistence of cars being manufactured under the Triumph name will continue according to BMW officials.
