We all know that Ford pickups are the America best-selling trucks. Ford now delivers an enhanced model of F-150 ( the model presented in November 2006 ) that gives the Ford truck enthusiasts what they need : a more powerful engine . This new truck has a 450 horsepower engine and weights just tons, now becoming one of the most powerful pickups on the market. Harley Davidson F-150 is available only in Dark Amethyst or Ebony Black ( Gleaming chrome color ) , 22-inch oversized wheels( polished forged aluminum rims ) and tires, and a custom stripe that runs along the beltline that creates a glued-to-the-ground and a speed motion illusion . The bold front-end features a unique chrome billet grill and blacked-out headlamps. The side tubes and the lower front valence (also know as chin spoiler) also creates the illusion of a more lowered look. 5-spoke sport design rims, dark tinted tail lamps, a slash-cut chrome exhaust tip. What can you ask more? It has everything you want at a pickup . And the most distinguish component for this pickup is the “Harley-Davidson F-150” badge, located in the rear. The pricing for standard Harley Davidson F-150 starts somewhere at $37.210. The Saleen Supercharger costs $6500, but it’s available only through Ford dealers. This truck is the 9th model that emerged from the Ford/Harley Davidson partnership, which began in 1999. The Harley-Davidson F-series was a successful formula until now, until now over 60,000 units being sold. It remains to see if their success will continue with the 2007 Harley-Davidson F-150 truck. In conclusion we must say that Ford has a reputation in truck manufacturing. Their success comes from the fact that they listen to the client’s demands. “Ford is the truck leader because we pay attention to what our customers want and move quickly to meet”, said Ben Poore, Ford Truck group marketing manager.

The most powerful Mustang ever, the 2008 Shelby GT500 KR is to be unveiled at the New York International Auto Show. This new car will mark once again Mustang as KING OF THE ROAD, at the 40th anniversary of the 1968 Shelby Cobra GT500KR.
The one who has been responsible for keeping the original Shelby muscle car spirit is Doug Gaffka, Ford SVT chief designer, together with his team and Shelby team. The carbon composite hood has been custom designed and it was mainly supervised by Gary Davis, vice president of production and product development for Shelby Automobiles. He has managed to give a visual indication of the extra horsepower that lies underneath the hood, by sculpting a modern version of the original hood scoop.
The polished aluminum, Shelby-designed 20 inch, forged and polished wheels bring once again the exclusive spirit to front. The models that will enter production will arrive at the customer with the 18-inch version of the design. The engine is a 5.4 L supercharged V8 which brings the “King of the Road” to 540 horsepower and 510 lb-ft. of torque. A six-speed tranny helps power to get to the rear wheels. The Shelby Team has worked closely with Ford’s SVT and Racing teams in order to recalibrate suspension and to bring improvement to the steering and handling. Features of recalibration include advancing the ignition timing and also re-mapping of the electronic throttle settings. This will bring a quicker throttle response for better off-line and middle range acceleration. As expected, the production will be a 1000 units limited one and it will start arriving to Ford Dealers in the spring of 2008. Every single one of the limited 1000 KR models will be identified 40th anniversary KR badges on fenders and grille.
