Engine

The Revolucion comes with a 6.0 Liter V12 engine that produces 800 horsepower. It is capable of going from 0 to 60 mph in 2.7 seconds with a top speed of 233 mph. The engine was designed from the one that was featured in the first Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR’s endurance racer.

It also has a six-speed sequential gearbox, and a track-tuned suspension. Its traction control was developed by Bosch and has twelve settings.

Exterior

The exterior has not changed much, but the inside certainly has, thanks from a complete overhaul.

The Zonda Revolucion has the original sleek shape of the first Zonda and its profile is as eye-catching as ever. The new Pagani Zonda Revolucion has a monocoque, carbon-titanium chassis.

It weighs 2,358 pounds and has brand new front hood deflectors, along with a rear hood vertical stabilizer mounted.

Interior

This sports car’s interior is simple, reflecting on its racetrack aspirations. It features bespoke seats, which can be customized to fit the owner for maximum support.

The Digitek instrumentation panel offers essential information while the state-of-the-art telemetry permits various sensors to monitor components of the car.

Drag Reduction System (DRS)

It also has the Formula One inspired drag reduction system or DRS on its rear wing. This system has two operating modes, and each can be started at any time by the driver. Its manual system is easily controlled by the steering wheel’s DRS button.

Brakes

The new ABS system enables the drivers to adapt the car’s behavior to their own driving style. Its Brembo braking system has advanced F1 technology derived from CCMR discs. The CCMR provides increased stiffness, along with reduced temperatures on intense track usage.

This adds to the lifespan of the discs and it has been extended to as much as four times, without any sign of diminishing.

Limitations

Only five Pagani Zonda Revolucion’s will be built; Pagani Automobili says this model was designed to be amazing on the track or to belong in a private car collection.

The price tag is at $2.8 million, and it is not street legal, so do not expect to see one on the road anytime soon.
