The 2015 Lexus RC F aims to become the most powerful model offered by the automotive manufacturer.

Design elements were changed which sets the RC-F apart from the older models.

According to an official statement from Lexus, the RC F will not target just one market segment, it was built for both enthusiasts and everyday drivers.

Specifications

Engine

The model comes with a 32 valve 5.0 liter V8 engine that is capable of generating 450 horsepower. Power is transferred by a new eight-speed gear box with paddle shifters.

Performance

Using a highly rigid body and wider tires, the RC F gains optimal road grip, improved stability and better cornering even at high speeds. The rear suspensions act independently which makes it more stable.

Last but not least, the Torque Vectoring Differential system optimizes the car’s response while steering using three driving modes.

Exterior

The RC F comes with a completely new front bumper that gives it a futuristic look. Its front grille has been extended, covering most of the bumper.

The rear reveals a discreet black mesh between the two pairs of exhausts while the taillights are more narrow and stretch to the sides. The bottom part of the rear bumper is covered in a different color than the rest of the car.

Interior

Lexus designed the interior to share the same futuristic look. The central panel hosts only the LCD navigation system and a few other controls.

More can be found on the steering wheel and the left side door. The gauges are digital and the entire interior uses a black theme contrasted with light grey leather seats.

The 2015 Lexus RC F offers the most powerful engine option so far. Despite having a V8 engine the RC F is not a sports car. It is a car that can be enjoyed by anyone who needs road stability and premium build quality.
