Chrysler is giving the public what it has been asking for since the Sebring. The 2015 Chrysler 200 is a redesigned midsized vehicle fans of Chrysler have been waiting for. In addition to the new exterior look, it receives an upgraded chassis and an innovative standard transmission.
The 200 is scheduled to make its appearance in showrooms during the second quarter of 2014. Its main competition should come from the likes of Ford and Honda. The car is reasonably priced, but can easily get pricey if options are added.

Engine & Performance
The base engine on the 2015 200 is a Tigershark, 2.4L, inline 4 cylinder motor that generates 184 horsepower and has a fuel efficiency of up to 35 mpg on the highway.
It is mated with an unbelievable standard 9 speed automatic transmission.
The Pentastar V6 engine is available as an option with a horsepower rating of 295.
Exterior
It appears the 2015 200 is based on an elongated version the Dodge Dart platform, but that is where the comparison ends.
The front grille and headlights are both new, even the Chrysler badge has been changed. Front end offerings include LED daytime running lights and fog lamps with even the taillights being of the LED variety.
If you are interested in taking a step up to the 200S model, it comes with gloss black trim and accents. Additionally on the “S” model, 19 inch black aluminum wheels are available as an option. There are no fewer than 11 exterior colors to choose from.
Interior
High tech is prevalent everywhere inside the upcoming Chrysler 200. As a first in its class, the 200 features a rotary dial electronic transmission. Kinda like the 1957 Dodge with its push button transmission.
The LED full color instrument cluster provide information such as speed, time, outside temperature, compass settings, and even step by step navigation.
An 8.4″ touchscreen above the nicely appointed center console offers “Uconnect” info as well.
The seats are covered with the finest quality of automobile upholstery.
