2015 Bentley Continental GT3-R

Inspired by the triumphant Continental GT3 race car, the new 2015 Bentley Continental GT3-R is an ultra-dynamic, engaging and rare Grand Tourer that adds a new dimension to Bentley’s signature combination of luxury and performance and promises an awe-inspiring and sophisticated drive experience.

This limited-edition two-seater GT will be hand-built at Bentley’s Crewe Assembly plant in England, with the finishing touches at the British automaker’s Motorsport division.

Out of the 300 units which will be sold worldwide, an estimated 99 units will be delivered in North America. This world-class, performance-focused luxury car will arrive at US dealerships in the first quarter of 2015. The price of the car includes free standard servicing for 4 years (at the 10,000; 20,000; and 30,000 mile marks).

Engine & Performance

The 2015 Continental GT3-R is propelled by the high-performance, track-proven 4.0-liter twin turbo V8 engine that generates 572 horsepower (580 PS) at 6,000 rpm and 516 lb ft (700 Nm) of torque.

This massive power is delivered to its all-wheel drive system through an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission with shorter gearing. The engine is fitted with precision-honed turbochargers and recalibrated control software.
For the first time, Bentley integrates a torque vectoring system for each of the rear wheels. The upgraded powertrain is engineered specifically for acceleration; billed as the fastest-accelerating Bentley ever built, this race-inspired Grand Tourer can scoot from a standstill to 60 mph in just 3.6 seconds.

The breakthrough, performance-focused chassis system provides the car with an unrivalled dynamic capability in its sector, while the revamped Electronic Stability Control program allows optimum handling and responsiveness on the road. By differentiating the Drive and Sport modes, the driver has the option to choose either a relaxed Grand Tourer or a sharp race car, yet with maximum driver control. This exclusive model will also feature Bentley’s prestigious Carbon Silicone Carbide braking system.


The sleek, race-inspired and functional exterior of the ultra-exclusive Bentley Continental GT3-R features innovative styling elements, including an all-new front splitter and a fixed rear wing that is fitted to the boot lid, both of which are finished in carbon fiber as well as two bonnet vents to enhance the cooling capacity of the powertrain.

Specially designed to create an increased purposeful stance, the exterior of this highly-anticipated Grand Tourer is a perfectly composed interplay between form and function. All 300 units will be finished in Glacier White paintwork, elegantly contrasting with the gloss carbon fiber.

Staying true to its glorious inspiration, this high-performance yet luxurious Grand Tourer will feature a matrix grille, bumper strips, window surrounds and headlamp bezels, all finished in classy gloss black as well as two-tone green graphics tracing the two power lines to the side profile of the vehicle. Enhancing the aesthetics of the car, the all-new, lightweight 21-inch wheels are machine-forged from extra-strength alloy and finished in gloss black.

The all-new titanium exhaust provides the two-seater GT with a distinctive baritone roar as well as a weight saving of 15 lb.

The sophisticated interior features a one-of-a-kind two-seat configuration that encompasses two finely crafted bespoke sporting seats with additional side support, thanks to innovative foam layers promoting extra comfort. This pair of relaxing seats are finished in Beluga black leather with diamond-quilted Alcantara.

The distinctively trimmed rear cabin is handcrafted from carbon fiber and upholstered in the finest leather and Alcantara. An intense green accent is used as a hide color on the instrument panel, door panels and the seats, subtly contrasting the Beluga leather and race-inspired, exquisite materials.

The carbon fiber center console, sill tread plates and passenger-side fascia panels are adorned with the stylish GT3-R badge.
