Porsche AG is ready to share with the world a stunning road automobile engineered and equipped with race car specifications in their latest limited edition racing car: 911 GT3 RS 4.0. The 911 GT3 RS 4.0’s 4 liter displacement sports flat-6 engine (optimum torque of 460 Newton meters at 5,750 rpm) promises 500 HP at 8,250 rpm that goes from 0-62 mph (100 km/h) in as little as 3.9 s.—leaving all other sports cars to bite its dust. Despite its truly impressive high-octane engine system (the most massive engine in the 911 line to date), the 911 GT3 RS 4.0 isn’t entirely a gas guzzler; on the other hand, it’s capable of achieving 125 HP (93 kW) per liter—making the 911 GT3 RS 4.0’s engine the most potent engine aspirated naturally.

Additionally, the limited edition 911 GT3 RS 4.0 comes exclusively with a 6-speed sports automatic transmission and jaw-dropping gears virtually built for race circuit driving—taking its privileged driver to 124 mph (200 km/h) in 12 seconds or less.

Balancing high-fuel performance with superior racing maneuverability, Porsche AG carefully developed the 911 GT3 RS 4.0 at the drawing table by tailoring weight reduction with light-weight automobile components such as a dynamic suspension, carbon fiber front and bonnet wings, plastic rear windows, bucket seats and weight-maximized carpets. In fact, the twin-seater 911 GT3 RS 4.0 is only 1,360 kg on a full tank. The rest of the world can just sit back and marvel as the 600 limited edition units are produced.

2011 Toyota Corolla

Toyota has released of one of its most popular, economic and affordable model, the 2011 Toyota Corolla. People who are interested in purchasing a pocket-friendly car with decent performance must consider the 2011 Toyota Corolla. It is one of the most inexpensive models Toyota has to offer, without any sacrifices in terms of performance. The model has improved in terms of its safety-level, basing the improvement on the feedback of the people about the 2010 Toyota Corolla, which had problems in terms of the accelerator and the brake pedal. Fortunately the 2011 Corolla has finally fixed the problems of the accelerator and the brake pedal, increasing the safety-level of the car.

The 2011 Toyota Corolla is not only known because of its design and performance but because of its affordability and its low gas consumption. This car has low fuel consumption because the engine is a 1.8L L4. This is why this car is one of the most recommended cars for those who want to drive with a considerable amount of power while not worrying about too much gas consumption. This is one car model that never fails to befriend the conserving buyers.

Some features that further support the fuel efficiency of the Corolla is the 13.2 gallon fuel tank with multi-point fuel injection. That’s a very considerable feature for a pocket-friendly car. Another good thing that supports the economic title of the model is the fact that it uses Unleaded Gas. Cars that make use of Unleaded Gas are considered environmental friendly because it burns clean and in addition to the fact that it’s inexpensive, it is not a surprise that this model is one of Toyota’s best-selling cars.

Details

The exterior of the Corolla is simple. It is 179.3 inches in length, 69.4 inches in width, 57.7 inches in height, 102.4 inches wheelbase, 60.2 inches front track, 60.4 inches rear track and a 35.4 ft. curb-to-curb turning circle. All measurements equates to a good-looking sedan! The Corolla has some exceptional light system having a halogen headlight and has day-time running lights. The body is pretty similar to the other releases of Toyota sedans and can be customized with the color of the buyers’ preference.

Given the incredible exterior, expect the interior to be incredible as well. It has an outstanding trip computer capable of displaying the car’s average speed, average fuel economy, current fuel economy etc. It has a power steering wheel that is also the tilt/telescoping type. It has filtered ventilation system as well as an audio system supported by 4 speakers. It has indicators of low tire pressure and outside air temperature. It also has airbags installed in the front and rear curtains as well as the majority of the front seat to maintain the safety of the driver and the passengers. Despite the Corolla being an economic type of car, the interior can still be considered worthy of a slow-clap.

The Corolla is inexpensive compared to other models, it is fuel efficient and is reliable in the road. This defines why it is considered one of the most successful cars in the world. If there would be cons, it would be coming from the fact that Toyota has used cheaper plastics for this model. Another con would be that it isn’t really the fastest car out there. That’s why it is considered an economic car not a car for high speed performance. Parts of the Corolla can be very expensive as well. But overall the 2011 Toyota Corolla is something that people shouldn’t miss if they want to save money in their pockets.

The SuperCars Overall Rating = 69/100

2011 Toyota Sienna

What happens when a car’s population diminishes? It becomes very special. Take for instance the minivan 2011 Toyota Sienna, which has been receiving rave reviews from car publications around the world.

Many people believe that minivans are passé, given the booming market of SUVs. This is why car owners who want to defy the trend and get the alternative end up with minivans like the Sienna. While other car manufacturers abandon their minivan lines to concentrate on the SUVs, Toyota chose not ignore improving their Sienna line and even came up with a funkier edition in 2011.

New & Improved

The immediate praises for the Sienna is its new body styling. By changing a bit of the Sienna’s contours and details, the minivan does not become just another typical Toyota car on the road. Car enthusiasts who are aware of brands and styles will definitely get intrigued and surprised the first time they set their eyes on the new minivan. Toyota made five trims for the 2011 Sienna. There’s the regular base LE edition which has a 4-cylinder engine, the SE or sporty trim which boasts of edgy features, and the luxurious and priciest Limited edition trim.

If the Sienna’s exterior is described as brilliant, the interior is outstanding. The minivan boasts of classy seats with recliners in the second row, a spacious and comfortable room space, a super high-tech dashboard, and a load of entertainment features. Buyers are given an option to put a 14-inch DVD LCD for the amusement of family travel.

In terms of performance, the 2011 Sienna is given a fuel-efficient four-cylinder engine on the base trim, but car owners are given the option to prioritize speed over fuel economy through the 3.5-liter V6 option. In Sienna, luxury is in the eye of the buyer. The base trim boasts of one of the most affordable price tags in the market, but the other trims can upgrade the level of sophistication and quality of features which can compete with known luxury vans.

The Sienna has many competitors, but with its performance and convenience, the Sienna still wins in the aspect of reliability, quality, and safety, given Toyota’s track record.

Safety

Speaking of safety, the 2011 Sienna still has to undergo official crash tests, but the results of these will definitely not be surprising anymore as Toyota loaded the minivan with numerous anti-collision and protective features. It is loaded with premium front, side, and side curtain air bags, plus a suite of sensors and other mechanisms to ensure the safety of passengers.

Overall, the 2011 Toyota Sienna is best for car owners who want to stay traditional and avoid the hype of family SUVs. This minivan embraces a sleeker and edgier body design, making people aware that the death of this type of vehicle is just a hyped-up myth. Interior-wise, Toyota makes sure that the Sienna is the best alternative to an SUV through an inviting cabin that boasts of comfortable seats and high-tech entertainment perks.

Car owners have the liberty to choose the luxury they want through the Sienna’s five trims and many upgrade options. The base model is made affordable while the other trims are offered for more discriminating car enthusiasts. Most importantly, Toyota gave the Sienna a better and sturdier driving performance to prove the undying evolution of the humble minivan.
