2011 RENM Porsche 997 Turbo RM580

An improved Porsche 997 Turbo is the recently rendered RENM Porsche 997 Turbo RM580, which has a higher and a more impressive 580 PS and 650 Nm of maximum torque. This development is in part due to the recalibration of the ECU parameters. This car is able to accelerate to 100 km/h in 3.1 seconds and up to 200 km/h in 10.2 seconds because of the additional stronger output values. With its 6-cylinder aluminium twin engine, its top speed is 325 km/h. Reshaping the front spoiler inlet and enlarging the ail selection allows an improvement on aerodynamics.

Spring kits are also available, which lowers the chassis by 20 millimeters, thus improving handling. The interior is newly developed since the tuning program comes with upgrade options including the carbon fiber trim sections and steering wheel. An accurate value of exhaust back pressure can be regulated and programmed through a valve controller. The exhaust system is composed of T309 stainless steel and has sports catalytic converters with flow and sound valve controls.
