A hybrid version is being introduced which comes with a 2.0 liter engine and a range of 83 miles per gallon.
Performance
The Grip Control feature improves car stability and road grip automatically during difficult driving conditions. Steering has significantly improved due to better traction while ride comfort has been enhanced because of the new suspensions.
Exterior
Peugeot’s design team presents a new exterior for the model. The grille size has been increased while the headlights “cat-eye” like shape remains the same.
Air vents have been placed discreetly placed under the grille. The rear of the vehicle uses a typical angle for a hatchback with a small rear window, triangular shaped rears lights, and fluid lines around the bumper.
Interior
The interior features leather seats, leather on the door panels and dashboard with an optional variation of black or gray. A few chromed elements have been added on the gearshift handle and the air vents.
With the addition of the hybrid model, the series now offers sufficient options to target a larger audience. The 2014 Peugeot 3008 aims to provide a viable crossover between a Hatchback and an MPV by borrowing several SUV elements.
