Aston Martin

The Aston Martin Company is a British production business of luxurious sports cars. It is founded in Gaydon, Warwickshire. The company’s name originated from one of the corporation’s founders’ names, which is Lionel Martin, and also from Aston Hill speed hill climb that is in Buckinghamshire near Aston Clinton.

From the years 1994 to 2007, Aston Martin was considered part of Ford Motor Company. It became a part of the corporation’s Premier Automotive Group in the year 2000. On the 12th of March 2007, Aston Martin was bought by a multiparty venture corporation, which is co-owned by John Sinders and Investment Dar and Adeem Investment of Kuwait, for £479 million.

The Aston Martin Company was started by Robert Bamford and Lionel Martin in the year 1913. The very first automobile to be labelled Aston Martin was made by Lionel Martin through setting a 4-cyl Coventry Simplex engine into the 1908 Isotta-Fraschini’s framework.
