is it possible for a skyline or the new 2011 gtr beat a bugatti veyron?

is the new gtr v spec 2011 got anything to do with nissan skyline gtr’s?

i watched top gear and saw the bugatti do 407kph and also seen a vail side skyline gtr think it was a 2004 model do 444kph

and i would like to know if super cars like bugatti could be tuned to go faster or are they maxed out

ive seen a video when they test the new GT-R and it did it in 3.046 seconds with launch control. that is faster than both a ferrari enzo (3.4 seconds)and a Pagani zonda F (3.5 seconds) they are both 600 000 $+ and this is less than 200 000 $
