Pininfarina, not Pinnifarina. Also it was collaboration between Alfas own studio and Pininfarina. I do not think 18″ wheels were ever even an option, 16″ was. Article also complete forgets 2 engine variants available for the car, 2,0 V6 turbo and 3,0 V6 12V. First one aimed at Italian market as a means to avoid higher tax, and the second was the predicessor to the 24 valve engine.

Sentence “Both the GTV and Spider are sports cars whereas the GTV is 2+2 coupe and the predecessor of Alfetta GTV coupe.” does not make any sense at all. Gtv and spider version are both 2+2 seaters.
