The Audi S5 is the high-performance variant of the A5 series marketed as a compact executive or entry-level luxury car. The S5 has two body styles, as a two-door coupe and as a two-door convertible or cabriolet that will be available as a 2010 model which is scheduled for release in the 2009 fall.
All of these Audi S5 variants sport a 4.2L V8 fuel stratified injection petrol engines that produce 354 PS (360 kW/349 hp) at 6800 rpm and 440 N.m (325 lb.ft) at 3500 rpm. The S5, like most cars in the Audi S and RS series, stand out with their aggressive styling. These outstanding features include a string of LED daytime running lights strategically placed around the car’s bi-Xenon headlights. Larger 19-inch alloy wheels are also standard features of the Audi S5, along with heated leather sports seats, bigger brakes. Some of these standard features are offered as options in the standard A5.
