Used Cars in Detroit

Detroit Michigan may have an image problem, but it is slowly gaining its momentum towards progress and change through its stories of trials and tribulations.

It once was the motor city or Motown as it still is fondly called by old timers who had the chance to work here when it was still famous for its auto manufacturing plants. But when that failed, the city slowly died with the industry as well. And although years has gone by since the its heyday, it is now experiencing a new lease in life with younger residents populating Detroit and claiming it their new home. It was here that Motown Records first discovered acts such as Aretha Franklin, the Jackson Five, and although it briefly made its way to LA, it has already returned to its original home.

This new blood mostly comprises of musical and visual artists who have found a new inspiration in Detroit challenges faced in the past. The Detroit electronic music festival and the Detroit jazz festival are just some of the annual events that many look forward to each year. The Woodward Avenue Theater is the place to go to for a unique theater experience. Greektown is the place to be for the hottest food establishments and nightlife. And as a living tribute to the once great automobile industry, the Henry Ford Museum is located just outside Detroit for people who want to relive the past.
