For about $200,000 you could build a car that goes a lot faster than this. its called a top fuel dragster and it can reach over 315mph in a quarter mile in under 4 seconds. but wait, that the same thing these guys did in comparison to the Veyron! build a cheap, high maintenance car that would go really really fast in a straight line. and like dragsters, it has a tendency to “break” when put to serious work. awwww… too bad. another attempt of America to compete with Europe that failed.
