Nissan officially unveiled the new 2015 Nissan Murano in New York.
The 3rd generation Murano continues the tradition of offering dramatic styling and premium interiors.
This new edition offers more comfort and a fun driving experience. Available safety features include forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control, cross traffic alert, a rear view monitor with an ability to detect moving objects and blind spot warning.

Engine & Performance
Powered by 3.5 liter DOHC V6 engine the engine produces 260 horsepower with 240 pound-feet of torque.
This engine is mated to automaker’s Xtronic continuously -variable transmission. This is paired with either a front-wheel or an all-wheel drive.
Exterior
The new Murano has a design presence compared to previous models. This is thanks to its newly styled headlights and the in-your-face grilled. The car’s profile has been highlighted by an aggressive link in the beltline just behind the C-pillar.
The rear features a smallish rear -window and strongly styled C-shaped tail-lights. The car is 130 pounds lighter compared to the previous model.
Apart from being aero-dynamically efficient and striking, this new car is designed to give better forward visibility. The car rides on 19 inch aluminum wheels.
Interior
The material of the interior has been significantly improved. The instrument panel has a 7 inch customizable driver assist display and an 8-inch touchscreen centre display. This reduces the number of navigation and audio system switches from 25 to 10.
The cargo area has been increased to create 4 cu ft of space just behind the rear seats, which can now fold flat.
Optional features includes up market interior items such as: heated and the cooled front seats, upsized panoramic sunroof and heated rear bench. Other optional technology features include an 11-speaker audio system, a power-opening tailgate, remote start, power-folding rear seats, Bluetooth connect, mobile apps and an option to use 20-inch wheels.
