2012 Ford Tourneo Custom Concept

The 2012 Ford Tourneo Custom Concept, which makes its worldwide debut at the 2012 Geneva motor show, showcases a new look that will appeal to customers who are into space, style and functionality.

Performance

This vehicle utilizes a 153 horsepower, 2.2 liter Duratorq TDCi diesel engine, for fuel efficiency and outstanding performance. There are three power versions for this vehicle which are: 100PS, 125PS and 155PS. All these versions feature front wheel drive and are paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.

Exterior

The Ford Tourneo custom concept’s interior design comes with a range of exciting features. These features make this vehicle to have a strong car-like appeal. Some of these features include: the chrome grille surround, 18 inch alloy wheels, and LED lighting on the front end.

The signature Kinetic design enhances the concept’s unique character including the strong muscle shoulder line, bold trapezoidal grille, window lines with distinguishing kick at the back and outstanding wheel lips.

Interior

The interior of this vehicle is designed in a way that, the driver and the passengers will experience a feel of modern-seat saloon car, but with enough space for luggage. The instrument panel features technologies closely related to those in Ford’s car range.

The rear seat is bounded by luxury and space, with a fully trimmed cabin which incorporates bold kinetic Design on the side panels. The rear seats are removable and multi-adjustable allowing you to customize them either for business or leisure pursuits.

In addition to that, the interior is enhanced by a two tone color scheme, which features hand stitched leather seats with beautiful cloth inserts.

The 2012 Ford Tourneo Custom Concept also comes with several innovative features such as a SYNC voice-activated system for emergency assistance, and in-car connectivity system.

Others include: ECOnetic technologies such as smart regenerative charging and auto-start-stop features, lane departure warning, rear view camera and advanced restrain system.
