The “L” in the title of the 2014 Fiat 500L Beats Edition stands for larger, given this version is bigger than its smaller sibling, the Fiat 500. This 5 door has an overall length of 14 feet.
Critics say that the “L” edition is less attractive. This model includes exterior enhancements with the interior just like the 500 model.
It comes equipped with a special Beats audio system. If you have not already guessed, the car was inspired by the Dr. Dre stereo collaboration.

Under the short hood of the Fiat 500L Beats Edition sits a 1.6 liter, inline 4 engine generating 120 horsepower. It is mated to a 6 speed manual transmission.
On the highway it will take 11 seconds to accelerate from 0-60 mph with the ability to attain a top speed of 110 mph.
Exterior
The color combinations, finishes and detail of the 500L Beats Edition is what sets it apart from the standard 500.
The body finish is offered in two tones including a black roof over gray or an inverted gray over black. Either way the paint is of a gloss finish. A matte finish is also offered which may be your best choice for the black roof/gray body combo.
The front grille, tailgate and outside mirrors are trimmed in satin chrome. The 17″ wheels are in matte black and both brake calipers and the mirrors are accentuated by a stripe on the back with red.
Interior
Inside the 2014 Fiat 500L Beats Edition has a dashboard painted in matte gray and trimmed out with a hue Fiat calls “Total Black”.
The seat upholstery is a pairing of leather and fabric held together with red stitching. The gear knob is also in leather.
