The Chevrolet Corvette C6 is a sixth generation sports car manufactured by Chevrolet in the year 2005 and continues to the present day.
The C6 consisted of a 6.0 L LS2 V8 engine with a capacity of 6,967 cc in between the years 2005-2007, which is 13 cm shorter that C5 engine. The engine delivers an output power of 400 hp at 6000 rpm and 400 lb-ft torque at 4400 rpm. It also contains manual transmission and gives a mileage of 15/25 mpg.
In the year 2008, a new 6.0 L LS2 V8 engine has been used with a capacity of 6162 cc. The engine delivers an output power of 430 hp and 424 lb-ft torque. It reaches the speed of 60 mph in 4.2 seconds, which is faster than Jaguar XK8 and Porsche 911.

C6.R
The C6.R was launched in the year 2005 as part of the American Le Mans Series Race where it stood in the second and third place. It also won the American Le Mans GT1 Championship in the year 2006 and 12 Hours of Sebring on March 17th, 2007.
Z06
The Z06 version was launched in 2005, which contains a 7.0 L engine with a capacity of 7,008 cc and weighs about 3132 lb. It reaches the speed of 60 mph in just 3.6 seconds.
ZR1
The ZR1 was launched in the year 2007, it consists of a 7.0 L LS7 engine that delivers an output power 620 hp and the top speed is about 200 mph. The wheels used for this car are the largest wheels among the other Corvette series. Carbon ceramic brakes are used and the brake calipers are in blue color.
Z06-R
The Z06-R was launched in the year 2006 as a part of FIA GT3 European Champion Series. It consists of a center locked wheels, front splitter and rear deck spoiler. This car also marked a victory at FIA GT3 European Champion Series.
2009 GT1 Championship Edition
The GT1 Championship Edition was first displayed at the New York Auto Show in the year 2009. It consists of chrome wheels and the interiors are covered with leather.
