KW does it again, I have run these on BMWs for many years but glad to see them go into the Domestic scene.
I don’t use bar bells when I lift, but I still was able to use what you wrote and use it for my own use. I workout on the weight machines. kyle is right about the mustang being a pony car not a muscle car but the camaro is not a muscle car either the only muscle cars america has produced were the Chevelle, Coronet, Barracuda, Sattelite, Bronco (yes this is a muscle car for being an suv), and the Charger
