After a lot of talking, Mini has revealed the 2014 Mini Clubman concept prior to the Geneva motor show.

The new concept has all the features of a fancy clubman. Complete with all the trims and styling that has been the hallmark of the brand’s identity.

Precise, compact, and adventurous, these are descriptions that apply to this new concept from Mini.

Engine & Performance

The Clubman concept will have two engines to from; the first is a 1.5 liter inline 3 that gives 136 horsepower at 4,500 rpm to 6,000 rpm to go with 162 pound-feet of torque at 1,250 to 4,000 rpm.

The other is the bigger 2.0 liter, inline-4 engine which produces 192 horsepower at 4,700 to 6,000 rpm and 206 lbs ft of torque.

The hatch concept is expected to go from 0 to 60 mph in 7.4 seconds with a top speed of about 130 mph.

Exterior

The new 4-door is the first Mini to offer 2 sets of the cabin doors. The car actually sits 18 mm higher compared to the previous model.

The Clubman rides on a 19 inch alloy wheels. It uses a similar platform to new BMW 2 –Series Active Tourer; this gives this new Mini a longer wheelbase, much less weight and stiffer chassis.

Another Clubman concept feature is the AirBreather. A double roof spoiler has been added; a 3rd brake light has been integrated between the 2 wings of roof spoilers.

Interior

The cabin is different from a regular Mini. It’s anchored by large circular display with its own touch-screen interface. The driver is positioned to use the interface for terrain sensing sat-nav and the 2-stage adaptive dampers.

You will also find there are fewer buttons than the production Mini. The dash designs are flatter and smother. Round air-vents have been replaced by a horizontal version that gives its cabin a different look.

Exterior

This special edition is available in 4 different exterior colors; Santorini black, Causeway Grey, Indus Silver and Fuji white . This car also has Narvik grille surrounds & mirror caps together with Dark-Atlas features on fender vents and grille.

To enhance the exterior, added are a silver full-length roof-rail; a stain-less steel bumper; accessory tread plate, and handles that match the color of the body.

Another feature is the XXV badging located on the door and tailgate. This car is fitted with newly designed 20 inch 5-split spoke alloy wheels in a striking light polished-silver finish.

Interior

The interior is sophisticated. The XXV Edition builds on Discovery’s luxurious HSE specification with its premium and sophisticated interior.

Features such as instrument panel binnacle, the fascia and the door-top rolls are all lined with leather. You can choose between 3 differed interior leather color options; cirrus, ebony and dual-tone ebony/cirrus.

Other ‘umphh‘ features include a leather wrapped steering wheel and twist pile mats. The XXV embossing all through the interior adds to the uniqueness of this vehicle.

The 2014 Kia Optima Hybrid was introduced at the Chicago Auto Show in February. It is a affirmation by the South Korean automakers commitment to eco-vehicles.

The Hybrid Optima has a revised exterior similar to its gas counterpart. The changes puts emphasis on aerodynamic efficiency to aid its overall performance.

Under the hood is a combination of 2.4 liter, inline 4 engine along with that produces a 47 horsepower electric traction motor. What you get is a total of 199 horsepower with 235 pound-feet of torque. It has been mated to a 6 speed automatic transmission.

The Optima Hybrid goes from 0-60 mph in 9 seconds with a top speed of 150 mph.

This cars electric and gas powertrain is expected to give you an average of combined fuel efficiency of 38 mpg.

Exterior

The exterior shows off all the upgrades first seen a few months ago on the refreshed version of the standard Optima sedan.

For the Hybrid however, there is a unique front bumper fitted with extra vents supplying additional air flow and a reduction in drag. The new wheels also reduce drag and are lighter than those on the non-hybrid edition.

LED lighting is exclusive to the hybrid and there is also a difference in the bespoke finish front grille. The wheelbase is 110 inches with an overall length of 15.9 feet.

Interior

Inside, what you will find are high tech appointments such as the LCD instrument cluster and push button start.

Also available is an 8 inch navigational screen which provides not only GPS but Sirius XM satellite radio and Sirius traffic monitoring. UVO eServices and HD radio compatibility is also present.

The headroom is 40 inches in the front and just over 37.5 inches in the back. Legroom is 45 and a half inches front, 34.7″ rear.

Launched at the Geneva Motor Show on March 6th, 2014, the 2015 Bentley Flying Spur V8 is a luxury sedan combining the latest on-board technology, exceptional craftsmanship and a sleek silhouette.

Gracefully complementing the existing Flying Spur W12 with a V8 rumble, this four-door sedan aims was designed to appeal to a wider audience and will be on sale starting this spring.

The interior comes in black with a clean, elegant appearance. Just like any other Audi, this car comes in a very high quality. There is enough room for 2 adults in the back and a very easy entry feature makes getting in easier.

The luggage compartment has 10 cu ft and can be expanded by folding down the rear seats. The seats are covered and can actually be removed while the backrests are embossed S3 logos.

The upholstery is a mix of fabric & Pearl Nappa leather. Other standard features include auto air conditioning, anti-theft alarm, and Xenon plus headlights.
